Couple things:
First – is anyone going out of town for fall break we need to know if we can schedule the banquet during fall break.
Second – for the drill team: Does anyone have a problem with next Sunday at 3:00 PM in Waddy? To make up for Friday’s missed practice as well as we have no practice this Friday due to a lot you are attending the rodeo.
Third – for the Mt Eden show the drill team will be
wearing their red white and blue shirts, if anyone can borrow either Melissa’s or Tavia’s shirt for Kayla to use, or if anyone has a small that’s a little tight. I have a woman’s medium but I think that will be too big for Kayla.
Don’t forget if you are planning to attend the horse fair at the Rea’s this Saturday, you need to call Metzger’s this week to reserve lunch.

Sunday September 7 at 3:00 PM (Banquet meeting in the pavilion)
Friday September 12 at 7:00 PM
Saturday September 13 Mt Eden Horse Show. (This will end the season, Please wear your red, white and blue shirt with blue jeans.)
2008-2009 Drill Team
Friday September 26 at 7:00 PM (This will start the new season, sign up’s will be at 6:30PM at the pavilion)
Friday October 3 at 7:00 PM
Friday October 17 at 7:00 PM
Friday October 24 at 7:00
Weather Permitting of course, after that we will be looking for an indoor arena or meeting “on foot” inside.

Right now we have the extension office reserved for September 18th at 7:00 which conflicts with the Waddy Saddle Club Meeting. There are no other dates available in September but they do have:

Banquet Committee Meeting: will be Friday at 7:30 to figure out food, and the agenda, awards, ect. If you are on the committee, want to be on the committee, or just want to help out and share idea’s come join us. The meeting for the banquet will be at the drill team practice.
I also still need the name and address of individuals or businesses who donated money last year. If you had a sponsor please bring that information in we want to invite the people who helped us last year to show our appreciation.
If everyone can go over the list Yvette sent email and if you were the one who received the donation please let me know what was donated, who the contact person is and where we should mail the invitation to: Some of you also got larger donations for the ride-a-thon, Yvette wouldn’t have the names of those businesses since it was turned in as a lump sum.
Reminder: The Waddy fun show on September 1 starts between 12:30 and 1 PM not 2 PM.
